LAmade accepts returns within 21 days of the original date of purchase. Some items will be final sale, as specified on the detail page of the specific item. Exceptions may apply. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: hangers, plastic wrap, and hang tags on garments.
If you request a refund in the original form of payment and used any LAmade store credits to purchase such item, those LAmade store credits will be reinstated in lieu receiving a refund for that portion of the purchase. If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will also be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while creating your return or by contacting our Customer Support. Please note any FREE product or FREE gift must accompany the return to receive a refund in the original form of payment used on LAmadeclothing.com.
How do I make a return?
To return your item(s), follow the steps below:
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Select Returns and from the sidebar in the My Account page.
3. Select “Request New Returns” and select the order that contains the item(s) you wish to return. After selecting items please provide a return reason and click Confirm. (Note: item(s) must have been purchased within 21 days of original order date.)
4. You will then be asked to print a “Return Slip” which you will need to include in the package containing your return items.
5. Please ship the package via the method of your choice to the address below. Please be aware that LAmade is not responsible for the cost incurred to ship the returned items back.
6. We will take care of the rest!
